This year, you leaned into your personal growth and expansion and have been creating more fulfillment and purpose in your life.

The aim of this session is to pause and recognize your journey this year.

The workshop is for empathic leaders and business owners who want to close this year intentionally, take time to reflect, tune into gratitude, and start creating a vision for 2024.

What can you expect during this workshop?

During this intimate workshop, you will be guided step by step to

slow down and connect to your heart, body and spirit
process this year by reflecting on your journey in 2023
acknowledge your journey and what insights you have gained this year
shed what you leave behind in 2023
start creating intentions for the next year

We will use group coaching, journaling, visualizations, embodiment, and other tools to activate your heart and inner wisdom.

Please bring:

Laptop with stable Wi-fi connection with video and audio
Comfortable clothes
Tea/water/hot cacao
Your journal and a pen

Create a nice atmosphere in your room, where you can be fully present and undisturbed for the duration of the workshop.

Hi, I am Eva. A global citizen with German and Spanish roots.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I support empathic leaders with lots of clarity and courage to break free from the traditional 9 to 5 hamster wheel and create a fulfilling out-of-the-box work life.

I am looking forward to creating a heart-opening space for you and other women to pause and take care of your inner world.

My intention is to bring deep reflection but also joy, encouragement, and some glitter to this group session.
