2025 may have brought heartbreak, shifts, pauses, unexpected turns, or seasons that simply didn’t make sense.

Many of us are ending the year holding grief, disappointments we quietly carried, and dreams that changed shape.

What this workshop is about

Adeus 2025 is a guided end-of-year journey for everyone who lived a non-linear year emotionally, professionally, physically, and/or spiritually and want to honour their experience with compassion instead of „the-end-of-the-year“ pressure.

What can you expect during this workshop?

My intention is that you leave feeling lighter, clearer, more grounded, and deeply reminded that you are not alone.

Acknowledge what was hard. Grief, loss, confusion, detours, closed doors, and moments that didn’t unfold the way you hoped. Not to stay in the pain, but to honour, learn from, and integrate your experience.

Release what you no longer want to carry forward: old expectations, emotional weight, and the quiet stories of “I should be further by now.”

Reconnect with the part of you who is still here — wiser, softer, braver, and clearer than a year ago.

Set gentle intentions for 2026 that honour your life and who you are becoming

All with zero pressure and no forced positivity just an intimate, guided space to exhale and come home to yourself.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), I support empathic leaders with lots of clarity and courage to create a fulfilling out-of-the-box work life.

I am looking forward to creating a heart-opening space for you to pause and take care of your inner world.

My intention is to bring deep reflection but also joy, encouragement, and some glitter to this group session.
