I am a certified (online) Business Coach and Facilitator with 8 years of experience in international talent and leadership development in the corporate environment. 

 

I am committed to helping organizations fully realizing human potential at work by developing value-driven leaders and high performing teams.

In 2019, I started my own business to be able to serve a wider range of businesses and work all over the world.

Already in my Master's thesis, I researched the importance of Diversity Management as a leadership task in uncertain/constantly changing environments.

 

My career started as an expert for Learning & Development in a family-owned manufacturing company with 20.000 employees worldwide. Here I was responsible for leading international talent management programs such as Graduate and Management Development Programs.
